Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

2. Return Approval Process

• To initiate a return, customers must request approval by contacting our support team.
• Once the return request is reviewed and approved, the pickup will be scheduled.
• Return once initiated will be picked up within 3-4 business days.

3. Pickup & Refund Process

• After approval, our logistics partner will pick up the item.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days after the return is approved.

4. Important Notes

• Shipping charges (if applicable) may not be refunded.
• If the product is found damaged or used, the return request may be rejected.
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
